For many women, the words ‘menopause’ and ‘calm’ do not fit in the same sentence. We formulated BePure MenoCalm to change that.   • shwagandha (Withania somnifera) root powder - 500mg Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root (extract 4:1) - 100mg Sage (Salvia officinalis) leaf (extract 4:1) - 300mg Choline (from Choline DL-Bitartrate) - 200mg equiv. Chromium (Picolinate) - 150mcg equiv. Additional ingredients (Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Silicon dioxide, Magnesium stearate)
  • Take 3 x capsules daily with or without food. Capsules can be taken altogether or spread out throughout the day, depending on when the support is most needed. Is this product right for me? Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medications. Not recommended if you have a known nightshade allergy as it contains Ashwagandha - a member of the nightshade family. In rare cases, Black Cohosh has been linked to liver toxicity for those with existing liver conditions. Please consult with your healthcare practitioner if you have any existing liver conditions before taking MenoCalm.
