All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars on the website and in any other correspondence. Trade pricing excludes GST and consumer pricing includes GST.

Orders will be delivered freight free. Orders will be sent out within one working day of placement. Shipping times vary based on customers area. We use Courierpost for all orders. Please contact us via the Contact Us page for tracking of your order.
Delivery is only available within New Zealand.

Once an order has been placed and paid for there is no cancellation on the product. Please contact us if there is an error with your order.
No cancellations or changes are allowed within 24 hours of an appointment. Should you need to cancel your treatment please contact us 24 hours or more before your booking and we will happily amend this for you. We understand sickness, work and family commitments can all get in the way, and if crisis occurs, we will accommodate where possible. However, clients who do not turn up or cancel at the last minute greatly affect us, and for this reason we have implemented a booking deposit along with our cancellation policy. A 30% booking deposit is taken for all online bookings, and for bookings made instore during our peak hours of late nights and weekends. If you provide us with 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, we can refund your 30% booking deposit. Refunds can take up to 1 business day to process once actioned.
