*There are two types of Cult Skin Memberships – prepaid or flex. Prepaid memberships require payment of a bundle of 3 x skin treatments paid for up front, and are valid for 4 months from date of purchase. Our flex memberships require a 6-month minimum term sign up, thereafter you can cancel your skin membership by giving us 30 days notice. If you choose to cancel by the end of the 6th month, you need to give us notice in your 5th month. Flex membership treatments must be used monthly, but if you can't attend an appointment during the month, you're welcome to gift it to a friend who must use it within that month. A 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, your flex treatment for that month will be forfeited. Any active member (prepaid or flex) is eligible for our additional membership perks – 10% off all retail products (excludes products already discounted) and 10% off all other services. Active member means you still have treatments left to use on a pre-paid membership or your flex membership is ongoing (and all payments are up to date). Some treatments available in our flex memberships may not be available at all locations. Please check in store for details.
