At Skintopia, dermal filler treatments are delivered with precision, restraint, and clinical expertise.
Our approach is personalised and anatomy-led, designed to restore balance, support structure, and enhance natural features—never overfilled or trend-driven.
If you are new to injectables or new to Skintopia Injectables, we recommend starting with an Injectables Consultation to ensure the treatment plan is appropriate for you.
What are Dermal Fillers?
Dermal fillers are injectable treatments used to restore volume, smooth lines, and support facial structure.
Most commonly, fillers are made with substances such as hyaluronic acid, which is naturally found in the body and plays a role in hydration and skin support.
When administered by a qualified medical professional, dermal fillers can be used to create subtle, natural-looking results tailored to your individual features.
Our Approach to Dermal Fillers
At Skintopia, filler treatments are never templated or one-size-fits-all. We take a full-face approach—considering not just a single area, but how your features work together overall.
Every treatment plan is guided by:
- facial anatomy & proportions
- skin quality, structure and hydration levels
- movement and expression
- your individual aesthetic goals
We prioritise natural-looking results, conservative treatment planning, and a personalised approach that evolves over time. Many clients choose to start conservatively and build gradually
if appropriate.
Treatment Areas
Dermal Filler may be considered for areas such as:
- Lips (shape, hydration, definition)
- Cheeks (volume and support)
- Nasolabial folds (smile lines)
- Marionette lines
- Jawline and chin
Not all areas are suitable for every client.
A personalised consultation is essential.
Please note: Auckland studios only offer lip filler currently.
Pricing & Dosing
Dermal filler pricing is based on the amount of product used.
0.5ml Filler - $550
1ml Filler - $650
Your Nurse Injector will recommend the appropriate amount based on your treatment area, facial anatomy, and goals. Some treatments may require more than 1 ml to achieve a balanced result, which will be discussed with you during your consultation.
