TERMS & CONDITIONS:
*Memberships at Skintopia include a monthly skin treatment over a 12-month period. As a member, you'll enjoy an additional 10% discount on any other treatments at Skintopia, excluding those already on promotion and gift voucher purchases. You'll also receive a 5% discount on retail product purchases, except for items already discounted. Please note that skin memberships do not accrue loyalty points. Upon signing up, a one-time $6.90 establishment fee will be charged. The $3 Sustainable Salons Green Fee and a 2.95% Payleadr surcharge are included in your subscription payments. Treatments must be used monthly, but if you can't attend an appointment during the month, you're welcome to gift it to a friend who must use it within that month. A 48-hour notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling; otherwise, your treatment for that month will be forfeited. Your plan will automatically renew after 12 months.
