St John’s wort: Uplifts and balances mood.
Licorice root: Fights adrenal exhaustion and soothes upset stomachs.

Nettle: Contains Potassium, Magnesium, and Iron.
Raspberry leaf: Rich in  B-complex vitamins to help reduce stress.

SERVE – Straight black. Drink one to two cups throughout the day or when needed.
MEASURE – 1 teaspoon per cup (1g) per cup (150ml)
BREWING TIME – 2 to 4 minutes
DRINK ME ICED – Brew straight and pour over ice, add local honey to taste

Shake contents before opening. Do not microwave. To avoid external contamination seal immediately after use. Keep away from heat and moisture. Store in fridge in hot and humid climates.
